Leo children must always be right, even when they are in the wrong. Whenever a Leo child is lectured for misbehaving, it must be phrased in such a way that they come out of the lecture with their pride uninjured. If criticized severely, they will become defensive and never change what needs to be changed. They have very strong egos that they must protect at all times. In order to get a Leo child to change their unacceptable behavior, first tell the child what is good about their character.

Then you can tell them the behavior you would like to see them change. Sometimes a Leo child can be so self-absorbed that they will be insensitive to other children around them, and indeed hurt their feelings without thinking. Leo children cannot be allowed to control and dominate everyone for the purposes of their own ego! Leo children must be taught to share their toys. Be careful they don't bully or dominate their siblings or the whole family will suffer.
