Refund Policy

Digital Product, Delivered Instantly

A Complete Relationship Report is a one-time digital purchase delivered to your account after payment clears. It is not a subscription and does not renew automatically. Digital purchases are generally final once the report is delivered.

Access After an Approved Refund

If we approve a refund after your report has already been delivered, the saved report remains available in your account. We record the purchase as refunded and may review repeated or abusive refund requests individually.

When We Will Refund

We want every purchase to feel fair. We will gladly issue a full refund if:

• You were charged but your report did not unlock or display.
• You were charged more than once for the same report.
• You were charged in error or did not authorize the purchase.

How to Request a Refund

Email doublesign28@gmail.com within 30 days of your purchase. Include the email address used for the purchase and the date, so we can locate the charge. We aim to respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through Stripe.

Billing Entity

Complete Relationship Report purchases on DoubleSign.com are processed by Double Sign LLC through Stripe. Stripe identifies the merchant and applicable statement descriptor during checkout.
