Digital Product, Delivered Instantly

The DoubleSign Premium Report is a digital product delivered to your account immediately after a successful $1.99 payment. Because the full report is unlocked and readable the moment your payment clears, purchases are generally final.

When We Will Refund

We want every purchase to feel fair. We will gladly issue a full refund if:

• You were charged but your report did not unlock or display.
• You were charged more than once for the same report.
• You were charged in error or did not authorize the purchase.

How to Request a Refund

Email doublesign28@gmail.com within 30 days of your purchase. Include the email address used for the purchase and the date, so we can locate the charge. We aim to respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through Stripe.

Billing Entity

Premium Report purchases on DoubleSign.com are processed by Double Sign LLC through Stripe. This charge appears on your statement under the Double Sign LLC descriptor.
