How we think about DoubleSign, honestly.
Everyone is born with two signs, not one. Your Chinese sign is set by the year you were born, and your Western sign by your birth date. Together they make your DoubleSign, one of 144. We did not invent that. What we did was name the pairings and write a profile for each.
The 144 profiles were written by hand, drawing on centuries of Chinese and Western astrology. We did not pull them from thin air, and we did not let a machine make them up. The way we compare two signs weighs those same traditions: the Chinese sign cycle, the Western signs, and their elements.
Some of it is considered interpretation. Some of it is our own reasoned guesswork. Both are honest, and both are exactly why we say: take it with a grain of salt.
We will never tell you the score is scientifically proven, because it is not, and pretending otherwise would be dishonest. Whether compatibility really tracks the day you were born is an open question, and anyone who claims to have settled it, either way, is overselling. So we offer the score as what it honestly is: a consistent, repeatable way to compare two signs, a conversation starter, and a mirror to hold up to yourself. Not a verdict on your relationship.
Take what rings true, and laugh at what does not. Nobody is only their sign, and the best parts of a relationship live in the places no chart can reach. But as the old saying goes, in every joke there is a grain of truth. We are curious where it is, too. Read, compare, notice, and look for it yourself.
