- No, and we won't pretend otherwise. But the 144 profiles and the way we pair signs aren't invented either. They are drawn from centuries of Chinese and Western astrological tradition, then written and blended by hand. Treat the score as a fun, repeatable way to compare two signs and a conversation starter, not a measurement of your relationship. Take what rings true, laugh at what does not. Some of it is considered interpretation and some is our own reasoned guesswork, which is exactly why we say enjoy it, and take it with a grain of salt.
