Privacy Policy

DoubleSign.com (“DoubleSign”, “we”, “us”) is operated by Double Sign LLC. This policy explains what we collect, why, who we work with, and the choices you have. We built the site to need very little about you, and this policy reflects that.

The site is operated by Double Sign LLC, the company responsible for the DoubleSign service. Double Sign LLC is the business that charges for the paid report and is the party responsible for your data under this policy. You can reach us using the contact details in section 12.

We collect only what we need to sign you in, generate your reading, and process a purchase if you choose to make one.

Your Google account basics. When you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email address from Google. We do not create or hold a password for you, because the site has no passwords.

The information you enter for a reading. To generate a compatibility reading we use the inputs you provide, such as the birth dates or signs you select. These inputs, and the reading we produce from them, may be saved to your account so you can reopen a report you paid for.

Payment confirmation, but not your card. If you buy a Complete Relationship Report offered at checkout, Stripe processes the one-time payment. Stripe collects your card details directly on its own secure systems. We never receive, see, or store your full card number or security code. We receive only a confirmation from Stripe that a payment succeeded, along with non-sensitive details such as the amount, the date, and a transaction reference for our records.

Basic technical and usage data. Like most websites, our servers and our analytics tools record standard technical information, such as your approximate location from your IP address, device and browser type, and which pages you view. This helps us keep the site working, secure, and fast. See section 4 for the specific tools.

We use your information to: sign you in through Google; generate, save, and let you reopen your readings; process your purchases through Stripe and keep a record of them; operate, maintain, secure, and improve the site; prevent fraud and abuse; and meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it to build advertising profiles.

Cookies and similar storage required for sign-in and core site functions may be used as needed. Optional analytics remain off unless you choose “Allow analytics.”

Google Analytics, if allowed, helps us understand which pages and features are used in aggregate.

Microsoft Clarity, if allowed, helps us understand how visitors interact with pages so we can improve layout and clarity.

Choosing “No thanks” does not limit the site. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using the “Privacy choices” control. On withdrawal, we stop future analytics collection and attempt to remove analytics cookies accessible to this site.

We share data only with the service providers that make the site run, and only as needed:

Google (Sign-In, plus Firebase and Google Cloud for hosting, database, and functions, and Google Analytics): authentication, hosting your reports and account data, and analytics.

Stripe: payment processing for the Complete Relationship Report displayed at checkout. Stripe handles card data on its own systems.

Microsoft (Clarity): product analytics on how pages are used.

Each provider processes data under its own terms and privacy policy. We may also disclose information if required by law, to enforce our terms, or to protect the rights and safety of our users or the public. We do not sell your personal information.

Your account information and saved readings are stored on Google Cloud and Firebase infrastructure. Payment records are held by Stripe and reflected in our own records as non-sensitive confirmations. These providers operate data centers in the United States and elsewhere, so your information may be processed in countries other than your own.

We keep your account information and saved readings for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. We keep payment and transaction records for as long as required for tax, accounting, and legal purposes. You can ask us to delete your account and associated readings using the contact details below, and we will do so unless we are required to keep certain records by law.

You can sign out at any time, and you can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information tied to your account. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or the CCPA, including the right to access, correct, delete, or port your data, and to object to certain processing. To make a request, contact us using section 12. We will not charge you for exercising these rights or treat you differently for doing so.

DoubleSign is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

We designed the site to hold as little as possible and to keep sensitive handling with specialists. There are no passwords for us to lose, card data stays with Stripe, and your readings are generated and gated on our secure servers rather than exposed in the browser. We may update this policy as the site evolves or as the law requires. When we make a material change, we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, give notice on the site.
