Colorful, extra spicy foods with a powerful aroma and aftertaste, like hot ethnic dishes, are the Aries food of choice, and can actually benefit members of this Sign. Onions, leeks, garlic and hot spices may be bad for the breath, but are very good for the body, and the Aries person should feel free to indulge in such treats. It would be better for them to steer clear of sweets and all bagged or canned, processed foods, however.
