The Capricorn Rat, also written Rat Capricorn, is the Rat/Capricorn DoubleSign, where the Chinese Rat meets the earth of Western Capricorn.
The personality
Power for its own sake, and the cold brutal solitary serenity that accompanies such an exalted position, are precisely what the Rat/Capricorn lives for.
